How do I turn on the Therava™ 3-in-1 Back Massager?
Press and hold the Power (Auto) button for approximately 3 seconds until the red indicator light remains on. This activates Automatic Mode, which cycles through heat therapy, vibration massage, and traction lifting. To switch to Manual Mode, press and hold the Manual button for 3 seconds, then press it again to select individual functions. Blue indicates vibration, green indicates traction lifting, and red indicates heat therapy.
Does the device need to stay plugged in during use?
Yes. The Therava™ 3-in-1 Back Massager is designed to operate while connected to a power source. Continuous power ensures optimal performance of the traction, vibration, and heating functions.
Can I use a different charger?
For best performance and safety, use only the included USB cable and a standard 5V 2A–3A power adapter. Fast chargers and high-voltage adapters are not recommended and may affect the device's functionality.
Is the massager suitable for different body types?
Yes. The ergonomic design and flexible traction system are made to accommodate a wide range of body shapes and sizes. The device comfortably supports users up to approximately 350 lbs (159 kg).
How long should each session last?
For optimal comfort and results, we recommend sessions of 10–15 minutes. The device may be used once or twice daily, depending on your personal preference and needs.
Can I use the device while lying down?
Yes. The massager can be used on a bed, couch, floor, or reclined chair. Always place the device on a flat surface and avoid bending or forcing it into position.

Troubleshooting
My device won't turn on. What should I do?
Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the device and a compatible power source. Press and hold the power button for a full 3 seconds rather than tapping it briefly. If the device still does not activate, contact our support team for further assistance.
The device worked once and then stopped functioning. What could be the issue?
This may occur if the device was connected to an incompatible power adapter. We recommend using only the supplied USB cable and a standard 5V adapter. If the problem continues, contact us with details about the issue and, if possible, a short video demonstration.
How warm should the heating function feel?
The heating feature is designed to gradually increase in temperature for a comfortable and soothing experience. Allow approximately 3–5 minutes for the device to reach its full operating temperature.
